be advised that MARKETING on this site is PROHIBITED without
prior agreement from HD Mom / DV Info Net management.

Consistent with the policies of other sites of similar size and market
dominance, HD Mom does *not* provide or allow free advertising.

However it is possible to secure the right to market goods and services
on this site in the form of paid sponsorship under the following conditions:

1. We establish via email, voice, or face-to-face communication that
your products and / or services are an appropriate match to our readership;

2. An agreement outlining the advertising rates and other specific terms of your
marketing campaign is signed by you and a designated representative of HD Mom;

3. Payment to HD Mom / DV Info Net is received *in advance* prior to the
commencement of a banner advertising or text advertising campaign.

The two exceptions to this policy involve the privilege extended to registered
members with 60-day-old accounts to use our Private Classifieds forum on an
occasional basis which does not give the appearance of running an equipment-for-sale
business, and the privilege to post paying job opportunities in our Helping Hands forum
on an occasional basis which does not give the appearance of running a for-hire business.

HD Mom / DV Info Net reserves the right to arbitrarily refuse any marketing proposal.

HD Mom / DV Info Net regularly and consistently turns down offers which are not a perfect
match for the scope of the site and its readership, and the *only* product marketing
or advertising allowed on HD Mom / DV Info Net is that which we alone determine to be
appropriate.
